The US Department of Labor has released its 2018 Annual Salary Report, which offers a glimpse at the top jobs of US logistics firms.
The report shows that the top three US logistics jobs in 2018 were: sales and service associates in the US Postal Service, logistics associate in the USPS and the postal carrier in the FedEx service.
The top three job titles for logistics associate were: logistics associate, mail carrier, and postal carrier.
This is significant because the USPS has been losing mail deliveries for years, and USPS employees are expected to be part of the USPS workforce for decades to come.
The Postal Service also lost its largest union in 2017.
The UPS and FedEx service companies have been in the top two for a while now.
