Two people were shot dead and one was injured on Monday in a shooting that occurred in a parking lot in the northern California town of OSA.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. in the area of the OSA Convention Center, said OSA Police Chief Steve Lacey.
A short time later, another person was shot and a vehicle hit.
Both victims are expected to survive, Lacey said.
Police say they have not released the identities of the victims or the vehicle involved.
