A few months ago, a man who works for the Phoenix Global Logistics Company, a major transportation logistics firm, noticed a discrepancy between the company’s online orders and the actual freight that the company shipped out.
It was as if his company’s inventory wasn’t being tracked.
And when he tried contacting the company, his call went unanswered.
When he looked into the matter, he discovered that the man’s order, which included $5,000 worth of goods, was shipped in late September and that he’d had to wait weeks for the shipment.
The man, who asked that his name not be used, says that he recently began receiving calls from other customers who are similarly baffled by Phoenix Global’s online order problems.
In his email to the company this week, the man wrote that he’s received many calls from customers whose orders are “missing” or “undeliverable” or are “unavailable” or have been canceled.
“My question is why is it that the Phoenix is shipping products out of the United States when it is so far from Phoenix that they are shipping from China,” he wrote.
“I am sure many of you have questions as well, but my question is this: why is Phoenix shipping so far away from Phoenix and what is going on?”
The man says he plans to file a complaint with the company and is considering filing a class-action lawsuit against the company.
“The Phoenix has been sending their freight to Phoenix Global and is supposed to be in the United Kingdom.
How is this possible?” he asked.
“And why are they shipping from Phoenix, Arizona, when they are in China and how is this happening?”
The Phoenix Global shipment, which includes a variety of products, was reportedly supposed to have arrived in late October.
The company has denied that its inventory was not accurate, and said that the shipment was shipped from a warehouse in China that is part of a large shipping hub.
But the man said he has been receiving calls and emails from customers who have noticed the shipment is delayed.
“It is not like they don’t have inventory there.

Phoenix is a major global logistics company, which also operates major air freight and shipping hubs in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
According to the United Nations, China has the world’s third-largest economy and one of the world to-do list.
Phoenix has long had a reputation for shipping items from China to its own customers and to international customers.
But last year, a series of news reports revealed that Phoenix Global had been shipping cargo to customers in China for years without properly tracking the items and had lost hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of shipments.
The reports said that Phoenix had failed to accurately track cargo shipments, that it was not paying freight and that it didn’t have a shipping agreement with its customers.
Some of those problems led to the departure of the company from the global logistics industry in 2013.
